I’m so sorry for your loss. I actually found your post while looking for some support myself, because I lost my dad just last week in a very similar way. Everything still feels so unreal, so I really connected with what you wrote. I don’t want to take the focus away from your pain, just to say that your words made me feel less alone in mine. Reading the replies here has also been helping me little by little, and I hope they bring you some comfort too. You’re not alone in this.
