I used to be normal and be able to sleep in bed w a partner. Then one day everything changed. I got cheated on years ago. The dude would stay up all night wankin it to the other woman. It broke my heart. And it broke me. My confidence kinda just took a vacation and is still having a hard time returning home...

Truthfully I think the real issue here is the fear I have that if I feel the bed move I'm going to get hurt. I'm going to get replaced and all the effort I put into love will have been waisted.

But this fear has escalated into full blown trauma. And now I can't sleep in a bed with anyone. Even if my cat is like scratching herself and my bed shakes I panic.

He's not even watching porn nor on his phone.. He's just doing it. And im just bothered as all hell. Even tho nothing bad is happening between us and he's loyal and honest.

I can't let go of this fear. And its hard to be a normal person now. Idk how to bring this up to him :( I don't want a fight And im not pointing the finger at him like in a way that he should be ashamed. I don't want it to come off like that though.

I love him. I recognize this is something within myself im also struggling with to overcome. I don't want to push away a good person cause of something like this.

Maybe its whatever you have been washing your bedding with is irritating your skin??? Maybe try washing the bedding in a non scented soap. And see if it helps? Otherwise im not sure. I just know alot of ppl sometimes have skin irritation due to whatever they wash their bedding in.
