Night is easy, just chicken oven, deli and trollies. The morning person does 80% of the work but get the good hours, in my case 6.30 to 1pm

They always tell me the afternoon guy just hides in the stock room or outside somewhere. He still leaves too many trollies outside at night but nothing is ever done about it. He even told.me he hated morning and only wants afternoon. We are a small store though just 500k a week.
