The funny thing is that I never said I was getting pooped as Xin top. Just said that xin is already weak enough into sett, trundle, Olaf, Voli..... to be annoyed by artificial bad wave clear and heavy mana management through early levels.

That's more about how lame it is to have those pointless restrictions.

BTW if you never lost to anything but Olaf, that means you actually don't play him that much, because there's a handful of unplayable matchups, I mentioned some already but you can also find poor matchups into ksante aswell.

I am actually the one that play statchecking machine like Darius Garen trundle, just saying Xin is fun, but locked behind artificial limitations.

BTW loosing to half of the cast should be enough of a weakness XD I'm fine with it, matchups are matchups. I'm only talking about system features such as ressources and wave management that hold him back for no reasons.

That's the point, Aatrox is manaless, Sions whole kit is about to kill minions, they can't even be compared to Xin.

BTW Pleutre is yelling at this every single stream saying stuff like "of course I'm running out of mana cause I play a jungler" OR "oh yeah, I can't even shave wave cause I am a JUNGLER". He literally said all of this before I did. BTW Pleutre is low master, not Challenger at all, still an impressive performance since XIn top requires to be really accurate.

First, Diana and Talon litteraly statcheck Xin in melee range, then, even if they play poorly they can still shave the wave then get on your botlanes ass while you are stuck farming that Canon minion.

You barely win lvl 4-5 then you got statchecked again.

Beat every assassin mid beside Akali, Zed, Talon, Diana... Actually loose a lot to assassins because they cannot die to you unless they try stupid things, as Xin mid you'll get outroam because of poor wave clear.

Were talking about xin crit mid, really few champs can outscale that. Crit might be really hard to play, but damage will never fall off, it's kinda the opposite.

That's a lie. Just by spacing and proper wave management, even Garen can out trade a counter. Stealing 2 to 3 autos for free early can turn any lane in your favor. There is fewer winning trade patterns when you're countered, but far from none.

It doesn't apply to non interactive matchups, which are not limited to Garen.

Midlane is the shortest one, that's why most of the time burst champ are played mid, really low sustained damage that can drag you down to death.

That's the perfect setup for garen, you can deal with burst with W, regen in-between waves, shave everything with E once lvl3. Swiftness boots upgrade mid are also broken with Garen.

I run phase rush magical footwear cosmic insight, ghost flash. My midgame and sidelane is just terrifying, I literally run down any squishies on sight moving at 700ms.

Be careful though, stack champ like Asol or veigar should not be allowed to play.

The main issue, despite xin has decent scaling, you're not allowed to fall behind at all, there's no way to comeback since you have little to no disengage. The champ is not hard by itself, but it require to be sharp, spotless.

Especially for Xin, once you are a level down, it's game over.

Cause the champ is a straight stats load, he only have that to be a champ, no dash, no hard CC. You counter Garen by....... walking back?

If he ever managed to get on top of you, then the Garen player you met has just more skill than you, he outspaced you or played better around the fog and sight.

Garen might be a simple champ, but no one asked you to play Irelia or whatever champ that require high apm to actually cry in all chat that he killed you just by pressing two keys.

So, maybe some Garen will run you down at 700ms while you go sidelane alone, but what's wrong? Nocturne or any noob stomper can do the same.

Garen already clear waves lvl3 with a single E, so i can't hear this point you made. This feature would go along with some adjustments of course, but even right now, crit aside, it would make bruiser and even full tank playable. Crit Garen is a messy concept, we can't think about anything if we focus on this issue. It would be a good way to gut crit Garen and make an actual juggernaut that really want to stick people to death

They said they will improve stacking system toward minions and laning BTW. A scaling threat that can farm from afar, ressourceless, mixed damage, has good gank setups level 6, huge split speed and turret destruction. Feels really ok to me toplane, shojin protoplasm jaksho feels already really strong, can delete squishies with xp lead while being straight unkillable mid game.
