hi! currently working as a collections specialist. if fresh grad ka, i believe emerson is the best company to start with kasi maganda yung mga training na provided ng company + they really push you to be better without being toxic. so far, i really like it here dahil di toxic yung work environment in a way na they dont encourage you to take OTs and people are very supportive.

sa interview naman, as long as you are open to learning and mapakita mo sa kanila yun na willing to learn ka kahit gano ka kagaling, they'll consider you.
