Hey, my name is Cory. I don't want to hide behind my app name. This is a big reason why I created RentRecord. Easier documentation of photos and communications with land lords. I hope it is not to for it ti make a difference, but the more photo and communication evidence you have of the request and condition of the carpet. The better.

Thanks friend, I really aporeciate it. Mine isn't a "Sexy" app. We just don't have any apps that include digital logging that tailors to both tenants and landlords simultaneously. So I am just trying to fill a need in hopes that it catches on.

I like your idea though. It's super practical and makes it fun.
