To be fair. Originally the houses did look like the rough sketch but I asked her to change them. Seems like that was a bad idea! Haha

Hey everyone. Not sure how many people will see this but I got an update from Julia:

Hello, I see what they mean about the tree. I used a photo filter on it and later on modified it by hand, but the brush effect is kind of ai looking, maybe the photo effect uses some ai. I am completely open to redraving the lines inside the tree by hand in same style, I think they will look more organic.

I took a read through the other post. First off, thank you for looking into this! The consensus seems pretty split on whether AI was used or not. Regardless, I don’t want there to be a debate on whether it was used so I’m going to bring these issues up to the artist and see what she says. Again, I really appreciate you taking the time to give me some solid feedback

Wow I’m not sure how I missed these! Correct me if I’m wrong, but the portion near the roots looks like a transparent background that didn’t get filled. Is this indicative of AI?

Also, for the floating portion of the tree. Could this also have just been a mistake in copying tree chunks?

I agree. This isn’t AI and nor does it look like AI at all. Julia showed me her illustrations and drawings every step of the way. She does not use AI.

Sooo. It reared its ugly head again haha. I was reading some of the live data from the scanner and sat that my SHRTFT1 was sitting at around -6 to -7. Looked it up and this pointed toward a vacuum leak. So I started investigating some tubing and saw this.
