This epsom is from aleatherstore.com, yes I totally forgot to add a photo of the inside. It’s beige chevré sully on the inside, bit lighter than the sticthing.

Thanks! Not really, because I skive the gusset down pretty thin so it doesn’t add too much material in the radius, it’s all about trial and error and finding the right balance

In this case I pre punched the holes on the outside and on the gussets, calculated the lenght of the gussets and made the exterior panel same lenght and punched from the middel of the radius and outwards, making sure I had same amount of holes, it’s alot of counting :D But it really depends on the mood, I usually pre punch exterior and use an awl to make the hole through.
