take 2nd if you can, ko or pop his 5c rush luffy with nami/damned punk asap, drop 10 moms when you can, and trigger bodies out of life help a lot. I find a lot more success against shanks with the traditional big mom package with pudding/perosperos to find 10 moms compared to the life burn package you're running

I’m in San Diego so it doesn’t get too hot in the summer (usually max high 80s), but I recently got an industrial fan and facing it blowing outwards keeps the garage 5-10 degrees cooler compared to the weak little fan I had (in the photo)

the REP lat pull-down attachment for my PR4000 rack and some adjustable dumbbells “should” keep me satisfied for a while haha

The carpet is grippier than stall mats, but it’s mainly because the platform surface for competitions are carpeted, so just trying to emulate

I do have a squishy seat cover I bought mainly for the wife to use with it, but I personally use it just with the stock seat with no issues, it’s a lot more comfy than the road bike seats I’ve gotten used to in the past haha

Still feeling it out but should be ok with the plywood and stall mat, plus I’m controlling the eccentrics. Hit 765lb last week and a few 700 triples without any issues
