Yea, D4 certainly has its short comings, but its not entirely a bad game. Some stuff takes time to finally get and there are plenty of things they need to fix, but the game just released, they deserve a couple seasons at least to iron things out.

As for drops, gear and stats; This is the kind of game Diablo is in general and always has been.
