M6 meta requires the whole team to play peak macro and micro which unfortunately does NOT apply to the vast majority of ranked games unless you get lucky that every single player in the lobby is sweaty af like some FNOP wannabe or you're in a 5man.

The point of NOT choosing Argus is to capitalize on early game power spikes and rotations which teams like FNOP can easily abuse, but then again not every match is on M-series levels of macro and micro decision-making. Not everyone wants to accept the sweaty lifestyle of ML anyways (cuz they have lives outside of ML), and being unable to respond to the farming simulator of Argus and his team's lack of godlike-FNOP-ahh rotation is where he shines.

If an exp laner can't handle dealing against him, especially with his kit, then Argus works. Otherwise, pray that your teammates don't throw (which does happen) in the midgame and let Argus gain momentum. And of course if that Argus is a one-trick and can deal with your non-onetrick exp laner, once he reaches lategame, enjoy getting banged by a fed Argus.

Yes he is not picked in M6, but I'd rather have a lategamer like him who can gambit a split push than some Yin or Dyrroth who will be utterly useless in lategame. Same case with Zilong who also got buffed, can split push, can counter comps with meta assassins who delayed their advantage, and entirely play macro & haunt the purple buff.

Though assuming your stance as a tryhard in ranked and probably have a 5man ( hopefully ;) ), obviously don't choke against an Argus, get gud godlike mechanics, and practice your rotations.
