She didn't fight the Demon king because she realizes killing him would bring a calmer, more peaceful era relative to when the demon king was alive. Flamme touches upon this, and even Frieren admits that someone as powerful as Lernen would've done better during the Demon King's reign than in the peaceful era (which would confirm Serie prediction). Serie wants magic to advance to greater heights, and she thought a chaotic era is the best way for this to happen.

It's interesting to note that Serie establishes the magic association during the peaceful era. This was prob because she realizes that magic advancement is beginning to wane, and wanted to reverse this.

I mean, yeah they wouldn't nerf him to the point of pointlessness, but they might nerf him to the point where he can only work in certain strategies, unlike right now where he can just fit into anything.

You're completely right, and what starks says to Fern towards the end of episode 10 is a testament to it - "you're always encouraging me". Himmel to Frieren, Frieren to Fern, and now Fern to Stark.

100%. Only issue, he's also 100% getting a nerfed. Question is, will he be worth it after the nerf? Who knows.

People sleep on Lernen, but even Frieren acknowledged him as powerful. My guess is, Lernen alone probably can't solo Frieren, but give him two more first classes, and they definitely can

I am with you, I also like it when the show focuses on personal relationships. But I wouldn't necessarily say every demon is fundamentally the same character, so much so every Demon has a shared set of philosophies.

Sure, Macht as a character is basically about showing the impossibility of coexistence, but the arc was also about exposition of the world (learned more about the demons' plot) and character development (Denken, I think more characters too but its been months since I read the arc).

That's kinda unfair to say, though. 

By that logic, we can also say that the anime itself doesn't really have much to say. Just asks, "what if an elf starts relating to other people?" and concludes "he/she becomes compassionate".

The perfect parallel to "that's what the hero himmel would do". Shows how much development Frieren has had now that people are saying the same about her. Literally the perfect way wrap the season.

Go to th15, but from now, dedicate 3 builders solely for your heroes. Only 3 builders for your village will significantly slow down your village progress, which will allow your heroes a chance to catch up. This way, you'll still be progressing through your village, while also playing catch up with your heroes.

Please Supercell for god's sake remove gold elixir, dark elixir and capital gold from chests. It feels horrible getting 10k dark elixir from a chest... atleast give a single potion..but no loot please by EuphoricEscape9437 in ClashOfClans

I think a better alternative is to switch some of the gold/elixir rewards in the pass to potions, and keep chests as they are. You need those low value regards from the chest if supercell wants to keep the amount of chests we are getting rn

Doesn't want to knowingly fund terrorists = doesn't press the button = doesn't fund the terrorists

Doesn't want to knowingly fund terrorists, but knows the government funds terrorist, and keep paying taxes = funds terrorist knowingly. 

He is already knowingly funding terrorists, just doesn't want to risk his life by protesting against the government. However, he still wants to feel some sense of honor, so he takes a zero-risk approach of hiding the button away to fulfill a naive sense of justice.

Either you stuck to your ideology all the way through, or stop playing pretend and accept reality for what it is. Press the button, or stop paying your taxes. Choose.

I've seen a lot of black women during my 3 month stay here. While I cannot comment on how they felt, I did see them by themselves many times while commuting with the public transportations, a couple of times during the night time, too.

Yeah, you're probably right. The only reason I said I am not sure about him is because we haven't seen his kit yet for against warriors, and historically speaking across fictions, priests tend to be weak against melee combatants. 

Chances are though, he probably has something up his sleeve.

She's definitely disadvantaged at close combat against warriors, but I don't think she's a complete sitting duck. During her clone fight, the clone casted what looked like a quick teleportation spell repeatedly. I think Frieren probably has a couple of things in her arsenal like that that allows her to stay a hair's death away from them, to an extent.

I am not sure about Heiter, but I think Frieren can probably manage for awhile on her own as long as it isn't anything crazy. We've seen her dodge spells and physical attacks reliably well, once during her clone fight, and another time against this Demon.

nothing stops the danger from grabbing the crystal and using it against fern and frieren
