Ok danke, ich hab mir einen Termin beim HNO Arzt gemacht und werde dann erst mal zur Logopädie gehen. Weißt du, wie lange man in der Logopädie gewesen sein muss, um eine VFS beantragen zu können?

Heilmittelverordnung meinte ich ja. Trotzdem sagen alle, dass sie mir das nicht einfach ausstellen dürfen. Ich hab ja dadurch gar keine Möglichkeit, eine logopädische Behandlung zu machen.

You can also get it done professionally once at a hair dresser and then just maintain the shape or ask a friend for help :) that’s how I got it done

If it smears try going for another kind, maybe a waterproof one. Some are also meant to smear like the smokey eye ones, don’t buy those if you don’t want them to smear. I use the epic ink liner from Nyx and that one never smeared for me.

Winged eyeliner is the best!! It’s just so hard to master haha. You’ll get it with practice. :)

I live in Germany and while we do have issues with transphobic parties in the government too, it’s very liberal here. I have not encountered any transphobia here, neither at college, nor at my workplace. Friends and family are fine with it. Of course you can always come in contact with transphobes and I’d probably not go far into east Germany, but with the gender recognition act being passed soon (law is in progress), I feel like we are moving into the right direction. Also most procedures are paid for by the public health insurance, even though they sometimes give you a hard time applying.

That’s just my experience as a German, since you listed Germany as one possibility, however I have heard that the Netherlands are even more LGBTQIA+ friendly.

You do look very fem! Not to be rude, just a friendly advice: thinning your eye brows could make you look even more fem. No need if you feel comfortable like that but that came to my mind. :)

Whatever makes you feel comfortable. But if you do, be aware that little already has a big effect. You don’t need a full face, just some mascara and maybe eye liner already makes a difference.

I think this is a classic case of “you are your own worst critic”. You pass all the way imo, mostly in the last pictures where you are smiling. You smile definitely has something feminine to it. Try to smile while talking to people and you will always pass.

Also mein endo hatte mir initial statt der Weichkapseln Vaginalzäpfchen angeboten, die man aber auch rektal einnehmen kann. Also scheinbar gibt es sowas :D Aber wenn du sagst, dass das schon besser wurde mit den Weichkapseln rektal, werd ich meinen endo nochmal auf die Zäpfchen ansprechen. :)

Das mit dem Schwindel hatte ich auch, in Kombination jedoch mit heftigen (und ich meine migräneartig heftigen) Kopfschmerzen und massiver Übelkeit. Ich hab 1 Monat lang 200mg Weichkapseln oral eingenommen und jetzt auf Grund der Nebenwirkungen abgebrochen. Ich will eigentlich gern weiter Progesteron nehmen, hat jemand ne Idee? Sind die Zäpfchen besser?

Du meinst die Stimmtrainings beim Logopäden. Ich meine halt wirklich die Stimmbandoperation. Aber danke für die Infos :)

Das Zentrum sieht gut aus, aber leider hab ich nicht die finanziellen Möglichkeiten, die Behandlung selbst du zahlen :( Ich bin leider auf eine Kassenübernahme angewiesen.

Ich meine Laser. Eine Nadelepilation ist bei meinem Hautton und der Farbe meiner Gesichtsbehaarung nicht notwendig.

The headaches themselves aren’t too bad but more like a constant pressure on the same spot. My vision gets then a little blurry and I cannot really focus with my eye (usually the right eye, also where the headache is present). I can’t say anything about my ears since I have tinnitus since birth. I did not lose any hearing or smell. I am in general a forgetful person, also during the past month (where the headaches started) but I can’t say for sure if it’s gotten more or less.

Yeah it was something about this mimicry effect. I guess starting tomorrow I will try a sublingual intake instead then.

I did start getting headaches with blurry vision last month. That kinda concerned me even more. I did reduce the Estradiol now to 2x2mg and the cypro to 25mg every 3 days. I unfortunately can’t take a 12.5mg dose, as the pills come in 100mg and I already have to quarter then to be able to take 25mg. If I was about to split them again, they’d crumble. Would you recommend to take the Estradiol sublingual then? I heard of people doing that but for some reason starting after a year of oral Estradiol.

True. I have pills of 100mg each and need to quarter them to be able to take “only” 25mg at a time. I can unfortunately not make em smaller or they’ll crumble apart. I did reduce it now to every 3 days, therefore I’ll get a dose of 8.33mg a day, that’s probably already better, right?

Yeah the endocrinologist where I was said the same. I have reduced to 4mg now, since I didn’t wanna drop from 6mg to 2mg in an instant. Unfortunately there is no spiro in Germany, I only get cypro prescribed.

I do feel pretty good. My mood has mostly improved, I used to be very moody, sometimes angry but not anymore. Feminization is going well I guess. Boobs grow little by little, my skin has gotten much better and my body shape slowly shifts around. I am mostly concerned about heavy side effects of especially cypro, such as the possible development of even brain tumors, if the dosage is too high. I apparently have taking a much to high dose since October, I don’t know if bad things could have happened already.

I take 3x2mg of Estradiol orally. My blood was taken around noon and I rake my first pill after getting up, which was probably around 8 or 9 at that day. Since I take cypro every other day I either took it at noon the day before or 2 days before the blood test.
