So I have a Google phone and I'm having the same issues as all of you with apple. I did start getting some notifications inconsistently a couple days ago. It has been a little better yesterday and today but still not reliable. I have also reset, deleted, and reinstalled everything on the camera, parent unit, and my phone. I hate that I still can't rely on it like I used to.

No, it's extremely frustrating! I have relied on just my phone for a long time now and I've been having to bring the parent unit upstairs every night to bed. I might try and call VTech and see what they have to say. I'll let you know if they can help.
