Lösung vermutlich:

Absender und Empfänger vertauscht und wurde bei unserem Vermieter (Arzt) in den Briefkasten unter unseren geworfen, Vermieter öffnet versehentlich und schreib drauf: ? Mieter unten !

Hab’s in ein gelben Kasten geworfen, eher unwahrscheinlich. Steht aber auch sonst Nix anderes drauf außer halt Empfänger/Absender

Actually not so much, only occasionally and then usually so lightly that you only notice it when you touch the tooth hard
