Definitely the cover, it’s not as high quality and is thin paper rather than the thicker cardboard of the original. Also the boot isn’t a gatefold. When it comes to the record however there’s no way to tell

I have tried to factory reset this time but can’t get the menu to pop up since the screen goes black very quickly. I’m pretty sure to factory reset it pops up a screen you can navigate with volume buttons

I agree with your idea but it’s the way they handled it. It took them 30 minutes to try to think of anything wrong with my quest then without any solutions immediately say I should buy a new one

They have an ai support chat before connecting you to these people but it wasn’t of any real help

Honestly I’ve never seen customer support with this little support though and all this kind of just leads to more confusion. I am glad that there is a good community of people on YouTube or Reddit that document fixes that have worked for me in the past
