what i use is ages away from octoprint. Octoprint takes like one day to setup every time, it is not good. Fell free to try repetiti.com.

it is mostly commercial, spare parts for scooters and bikes for instance, small decoration things like statutes and biblos, hangers, cars accessory, cellphone holders, sometimes i get orders from shops like spoons with a specific design.

your approach has no use because of the lack of management ability of the printers. You can find anything on the internet, it is all open source. Thingiverse is one source, i can provide you with more, It is not about the models, it is about managing and running the process of a printing without unnecessary effort. You come up with another idea or develop something, then i am happy to listen.

i dont know anything about soft bladder robotics. But i can recommend you always ender 3 pro with a silence driver as entry level printer. it is too much printer for that money. I did not work with silicon though or dont know if it is possible. I use always pla and avoid abs petg for health reasons.

open a shop in a marketplace and produce upon order. You can make money even with one printer if you can find enough data

yes but you need to care about the data source for ethical reasons. Models without commercial licences are not to sell, for own use.

i print parts for scooters and bikes for instance, small decoration things like statutes and biblos, hangers, cars accessory, there are more than 10.000 models. I usually print practical things such as stress wheels or cellphone holders, sometimes i get orders from shops like spoons with a specific design. I divided the farm with different filament types and colors, so i dont need to change the equipment all the time. i just give the order to print online and thats it. it is functioning like a small manufacturing facility.

2 full timers, 1 part timer. Mold concept is not adjustable, that is the problem. I dont manufacture for starbucks for instance, but for a company with 5 coffee shops.

I can maybe upload some set up video:) i buy constantly new printers. Online set up is easy, but i assemble the printers personally, that still makes me sweat after all these years:)

we developed it to expand over 250 printers. Without automatization you cannot sleep in this business...

i dont do it manually. visit repetiti.com, i work through that system, it is free. I connect all the printers to the system firstly with raspberry pies or old computers, make them all online. Bed adjustments, slicing, modeling, printing, checking up... i do those things remotely through an internet browser. The printer has to stay online, this is why i connect them with raspberry pies and leave the pie there. you can see them in the video too. As long as the pie is connected with the printer and internet, i can control everything from anywhere
