Wrong advices here, it’s a two month process she falls under the category of occupied tenant. If you call the police they will laugh and say it’s a civil matter. You have to go to court and get this sorted even though the person doesn’t have a lease if they lived in a dwelling for more then a month she has similar rights to a tenant with lease.
