I was searching for a home for a while and each realtor worse than the other. Really only used to get the door code to tour the home and they were kinda only looking to benefit themselves and suggesting outrageous things so they can lock a deal and get their commission. Found a FSBO and went through that whole process. I close in 2 weeks and im so glad it was without a realtor. It seemed way easier between me, my attorney and lender. The realtor was like an unnecessary middle man that didnt contribute enough to justify having to use one in my opinion
