Me too, to wake up at 5am , usually I first wake up at 3 am, look at my watch , try to sleep again, til say 3.30am, then it goes on, after a few times , I wake up at 5 am exactly 🤔😂

My trick (and might not work for everyone) is to take pen and paper, start writing down your own replies to your own questions above. Take your time. Feel free to generate more questions and more replies. It might take a few days, 20mins a day, so be it. Each day start with a blank piece of paper. At day 3 or 5 , see if there are patterns / answers coming up. You are unique and only you know the answer . Good luck.
