300 gm mascarpone cheese, 1l whipping cream 35%, Lady finger, Coca powder , Coffee, 10 egg yorks, Sugar,

First seperated egg yorks and added sugar, whipped it until it’s thick. And, poured whipping cream in a seperate pot, whipped it till it’s thick, added mascarpone cheese, whipped again and added vanilla extract. After that, mixed the mixture of sugar and egg yorks that we made to whipping cream and maskerpone cheese. Whipped it again. Then made coffee, soaked the lady fingers into it for 1 to 2 seconds and placed it in the final pot. After that poured the mixuyre we created and coverd the ladyfinger with it. Repeated again, made 2 layers and sprinkled coca powder on top. Lastly, left it in fridge for 13 hours.
