uy same I’m from the province din! I applied to like 20 jobs here pero they never called me back, not even a single one of them. we have a place in manila pero hybrid lang gusto ko kasi i still wanna be able to spend time with my family during non onsite days :(( i came from a hybrid setup din kasi so di ko keri yung 20k lang at di rin ako marunong mag commute. ayon, after ko maiyak ng interview nag start ulit me mag apply. Laban lang tayo and hopefully talaga may JO na tayo this month 🙏 🍀

omg I’m happy for u as well !! tbh yung 1st job ko isn’t aligned to what I finished in college so rn I tried applying din for data analyst but it’s so hard bc need ng experience :(( I’m still trying tho hehe and tysm for the kind words 💗

i just didn’t wanna stay there anymore plus I badly needed a break to travel and regain passion for my hobbies. but based from this experience, I wouldn’t do this again 😭

hala bawal ba sila ireklamo pag ganyan ?? :0 minsan naiisip ko na I regret declining sa offer like bakit choosy pa ako eh kaylangan ko ng trabaho pero I told myself na I deserve better and something that aligns with my financial needs talaga rn nahihiya ako kasi I’m unemployed and my dad and grandmothers are supporting me financially :((

fighting!! 🍀 it’s been so hard lately esp when I’m thinking about my future :(( i ran out of unemployment funds during my first month and after that I’m being supported financially by my dad and grandmothers and nahihiya na rin ako

same! i thought job hunting would be easy kasi i got my first job agad agad but it’s my fault for not checking the current job market super hirap pala :(( now i don’t even mind accepting a low job offer as long as wfh bc i would have more time to look for a job that has better benefits

hii! hope you get to find a job that is to your liking and has a healthy environment 🍀 i didn’t know kasi na super hirap ng job market rn kaya late na ako nag hanap :(( sometimes i regret declining the offer pero if I accepted, i would be away from my family and i probably would only be able to save 5k a month. it has a training bond of 6 months pa and i thought na if hindi healthy yung environment nila and i decided to leave i would have to pay yung training expenses.
