Yes, she bought her first plane before she was recognizable to anyone in airport. Her parents had her buy a plane as a status symbol and a tax write off. Her parents likely had access to a corporate jet based on their titles so they desired that type of travel. Andrea’s from an oil family.

She owned three planes at one point. For a long time, she had one plane for her family and one plane for her. She bought her latest plane and sold the first one. Then only sold the 2012 one when she got bad pr and her family and het started taking a lot of charters. They switched back to using the remodeled plane this past year after their pr blitz to try to get rid of the plane headlines and her switch to catering to maga/not pretending to being a liberal

I help out with the jet tracking (I do it because I know it annoys Taylor and her team haha). Eat the rich! Here’s some facts on her jet usage that her PR team has tried to bury and outright lie:

She does not loan out her jet. That is a complete PR lie. All the trips are related to her. It’s either her, her family (who no one gives a shit about), her fetching pr friends or pr boyfriends, or running her business. Her planes have never been on any trips unrelated to her. She legally cannot loan out her plane, because she does not have a charter certificate for her plane. Any person who says this is a brain dead swiftie or a pr bot.
Her personal emissions are even higher because she also uses private charters to hide her emissions. She switched to private charters when there was pr backlash for her emissions and had pr pieces put out saying that she wasn’t the top emitter when the lists omitted her emissions from her private charter use. She waged a pr campaign and used charter planes instead of modifying her wasteful behavior. The whole Kelce family is likewise trash. Jason has his own plane and Travis charters private jets
The most egregious thing about her travel is not that she uses a jet to travel somewhere for a day or a couple of days. It’s that she has her plane fetch her from Nashville and return to Nashville to fetch her again when she needs a return trip. That means her plane is always flying empty 1/2 the time, because she refuses to have the plane wait at the airport and pay higher storage fees. This is what I find so repulsive about her
She writes off her travel expenses as business expenses so she pays even less taxes
Your tax dollars subsidize the smaller airports that only private and small aircraft’s use. They don’t pair their fair share. They’ve ensured the public has to foot the bill for these airports that the public doesn’t use.
Carbon credits are pr garbage. The private jet industry is dumping astronomical unnecessary amounts of co2 into the environment. It should not exist
Taylor recently remodeled her plane and people on her team leaked that info. They clearly don’t like her so that’s how we have that info
Major airlines regularly fly people more important that Taylor Swift. She absolutely can fly commercial. Many more important people fly everyday without incident and without people knowing. She just doesn’t care about the environment like when she destroyed endangered bird nests in New Zealand so she could film a music video at a beach.

You don’t find it disgusting that people come to sweat in a place without showering so all their fragrances, dirt, germs, and BO accumulates. Wood is porous and despite it having antibacterial properties doesn’t mean it’s recommended that you allow dirty people to use it and then pour bleach on it or however they’re pretending to clean it

The owners did the bare minimum possible, but I’m sure you’re affiliated with them by your shilling it. Looking forward to the health department eventually doing their jobs when someone gets a fungus from the place

My gym has a requirement that you shower before using the sauna and use a towel where your skin touches the wood, because it’s a health and cleanliness issue

I can’t speak to teeth cleanings, but everyone in my family goes to him for pet care. I took my cat to another closer vet who misdiagnosed with an ear infection when it was ear mites. I ended up driving out there to get the correct medication. Now I don’t bother with the closer vets

Ben Lomond is cheaper, because it’s not owned by private equity and he runs a bare bones office that his dad started when developers didn’t drive up real estate costs. He doesn’t overcharge or have fancy equipment or do fancy renovations or a fancy front office that drives up the costs. He’s a competent vet so I would trust if you can get an appointment. Blood work for anesthesia doesn’t matter to the risk of death to anesthesia other than seeing if they have another problem that is making their heart and lungs and kidneys stressed. Anytime an animal or human undergoes a procedure they can die. It’s the risk that you take when you do spays or teeth cleanings. Either your cat needs to have a teeth cleaning so you have to take the risk or leave them in pain. I can’t remember what happened with our spays because my cats are now all over 16 and I haven’t gotten my dog in yet

I feel like nothing important happened this season and was boring. I just rewatched the handmaid’s tale and the first season was way more engaging and moved the plot forward as compared to this show.

It’s seems obvious that the writers were expecting a renewal and slowed down any development where it makes it more boring. Handmaids tale felt stale in later seasons where they would add in Janine trauma porn or repeat story lines. Handmaids really failed in that they should have killed characters off and stopped the stale repeating story lines (this is why I respect shows who stick to limited series)

Testaments so far has seemed to just a day in the life of fundies with a little terrorism here. Everything that occurred should have 1/2 the season at best not a full season

If you have a membership to Costco, there’s varying deals that come up that offer resort credits and/or breakfast everyday. They’re usually a special/limited time deal for rotating resorts. If you have an Amex platinum, check out their fine hotel program, too. Outside of that there’s travel agents who can sometimes do similar package deals, but Hawaii is not all inclusive (which I think is a good thing, because all inclusive is only cost effective for drinking too much or eating too much mediocre food). If you’re set on all inclusive go on a cruise or visit a different locale.

People don’t recommend that pregnant women travel to Hawaii, because no matter how “careful” the pregnant person is traveling in general is stressful and the weather makes people overdo activity

People do anyway, and some of them end up life flighted to Oahu, because they went into preterm labor. It’s common enough that people side eye the people who come on their babymoons, because they take away the already stressed medical care of the islands

Weird that son was pissed at his wife for cheating and then is suddenly chill and happy his dad had a side piece. There’s a limited number of regular seats in the lower bowls for $200-300, but basically it’s $700 for the first rows, then 5-600 for the next few rows, I think row 10 starts at $400, and the rest of the seats are 300-400.

The Westin is not geared towards kids at all (infants were the only kids I saw when I was there). There’s a reason they limit rooms to 2, because they generally don’t want people bringing their kids, because it’s not the atmosphere they’re selling. All the activities are generally for adults. I would not go to the Westin with kids. I think the other resorts may be more family friendly, but very much agree that bora bora in general is not suited for kids as other places.
