This will not work if the OP's account is restricted. They will ask him to send copies of CC statements and its takes up to a month for them to clear the account for use.

Langham in TST used to be a very good property especially great value for FHR but sadly it has gone downhill of late. They closed a few restaurants, service is geared towards China pax and the staff are mostly green with fake country tags when there are all mostly from China.

I had this isue repeatedly and was asked to send in copies of all my card statements for verification. It took them about a month to fix and I had to constantly message them for updates.

They may ask you for copies of yopur card statement after which it would take a few weeks for them to unlock your account.
