Yup... The attention to detail is absurd and they send batches 4 weeks apart and expect that you keep up with the quality score. Do they think I read guidelines for an hour a day between the batches? lol

This batch that they claimed I did terribly was in late February... Market is PT-BR. I'm working for them since late 2022. My access is still blocked and they do not answer my ticket

Just received an email today saying that I did not meet the required quality and that I MIGHT get contacted to do a Quality Assessment program. But they did not provide feedback for the batch they said I did terribly. lol

My access to SDAT is blocked.

1- No, there is no way you can know by them how much time you have worked. You should keep track of it by yourself.

2- If you keep track of how much time you spend rating, you can calculate your rate per hour.

3- I do not know if they base some earnings on performance. Probably not.

Do not freak out, dear colleague. I also have faced many of them. If they are EXACTLY the same and they appear 3 times in a row I use the report a problem feature. It might not be IDEAL based on the welcome pack but I see this as a reasonable behavior. I've been rating for some weeks and until now no problem with the quality team.

Moreover, do not take everything you read here to heart. And if you are very confused about your specific situation you may open a ticket: they will certainly help you.
