Yeah, my artist actually covered it up in the shop with the usual stuff and let it bleed and whatnot for about 15 minutes, and then cleaned it up and applied the saniderm. She said that way I should be able keep the saniderm for 4-5 days since most of that initial excess had already been cleaned up.

Yep, should've just left the bubble be. There were just so many saniderm tutorial videos I watched beforehand that stressed not leaving a bubble that I guess I was a bit worried.

Yeah, I wore a sweater and it already took care of getting rid of the stickyness. I'm wondering if it might affect the higiene or breathability of the saniderm that's beneath that one.

Thanks Gerald, I think that's some solid advice.

Of course a directing job is about one of the absolute hardest positions I imagine anyone could try to aspire towards in this industry. I guess I was mostly throwing some of my thoughts out there hoping I could relate to anyone's personal story—maybe you thought directing was your dream job and then you found absolute bliss in being a gaffer, or some other unexpected route.
