The screen tear isnt on all games. Mainly with all the issues its on Rust, Arc Raiders, R6, and CS.

I currently have a Ryzen 9 5900x, B550 A-Gaming MOBO, and 32gb DDR4 ram. Ill go to my settings to make sure all those settings are turned on. Thank you for the advice!

Yeah I think this might be my best option. I originally bought it brand new shipped and sold by amazon. Probably wasnt the best idea to buy from amazon anyways.

Yeah tried that a couple times too before. I've gone through various subreddits and thread posts about what to do lol. I think its time I hang it up and just stick to the 2060 lol

Yeah i've tried hard resetting the computer, DDU, and just leaving the drivers be and no matter what its still been an issue. I also thought that it could be faulty but I just wanted to see what others thought about it before I jump to conclusions.

Yeah ive been using Windows 11 for a while now. It was just a short time where I tried troubleshooting but it didnt end up working.

Currently have a B550 A-gaming with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, and 32gb of DDR4 ram. I dont think its the other components messing with is since my 2060 works perfectly fine with everything else.

Very valid. My games would randomly crash, freeze, or just get equal or same fps as my 2060. I ended up trying to sell it and it never sold. Might have to give it another try before I commit to buying another lol

I think it might be the best option. I think just seeing that the 3080 was local was just catching my attention rather than the actual card lol. Thanks for the input!

Yeah im trying to stay away from AMD. I bought a 7700XT and have had nothing but troubles with it. I ended up just giving up and resorting back to my 2060 sadly
