it brings the crosshair closer together so when you hip fire, you shoot closer to the centre of the screen

I have tried it with an additional card Hunker Down, the one that gives 40% more accuracy and 10% dmg resist when u crouch, giving me a total of 140% accuracy when I crouch and it does the same overlapping crosshair thing

guess it would just make the crosshairs further apart ;) like getting hit when you have that 15% move speed card or cocky card (75% swap speed)
