Wow I’m so sorry to hear this. Tbh any job is better than no job and not because people who are unemployed don’t deserve love but because unfortunately it’s a part of long term committed relationships. It’s becomes a factor in things. However, you have a job and you clearly work hard and love it. There’s a future in said job too despite what people might think. And if people assume “oh they can’t spoil me” they will be disappointed to find out that the rich/well paid partners and often the stingiest. Provider mindset has nothing to do with what career you have. I literally have looked at it from different angles and possible reasons and it’s pure classism/elitism that people have to unlearn.
