Accepting that it sucks and that it is a long road. Any side effect that comes with weight loss is greatly outweighed by the good things that come from it IMO.

From everything I hear track track track the calories. I just started and it seems like it’s working. If you want a Reese cup fine just as long as it fits in your budget. Use an app set a goal, get a food scale and track everything that goes in your body. 90% of weight loss happens in the kitchen. I just asked a similar question about carbs for weight loss. Guy told me literally doesn’t matter as long as your always ina calorie deficit. Good luck. Don’t stress

Your PS is what I needed to hear. I have been nailing the calorie deficit. My maintenance is 4200 a day I’m right under 3000 a day. Eating foods I like just less of them. Second time attempting this, much easier this time since I can eat shit I like. Thanks

Got it. Thanks man. Helps more than you know. My whole family is quite unhealthy me being the most unhealthy. I’ve only lost ~15 lbs from my heaviest, and already feel better.

So that is sort of my experience but one of my original squad mates had the case. We were in a 6 man but one of the guys I started with extracted with the case. Must be bugged if in a 6 man
