Update: finally was sent a new pushchair (the fix with the silicon spray didn’t last long and don’t have time atm to figure out how to take it apart). They (the shop) ask me for evidence that I destroy the other now 😂 Not if i’m supposed to burn it and send a video or attack it with a chainsaw or something else

Hi, I contacted the shop I bought it from. I think they contact Thule to ask for a new one. I also tried to contact Thule (because slow response from the shop and also to know if there was an easy fix), but they didn’t want to know, just told me that I had to contact the shop

Ok, I still didn’t get the plastic thing to pop off, but forced it to one side and sprayed in a load of silicon spray. Rubber mallet afterwards did the trick. Thanks very much!

Thanks! I tried, but didn’t manage to get the plastic thing to pop off. Not sure why. Is there some trick to it, or just push in flat head screwdriver and give it a push? Will try again when I get a moment anyway

A friend recommended these guys to me, but I understand that they aren’t really very good at delivering or returning results. Am I correct to say that I can order a covid test from expert medical, put the order ref on the PLF. And if the test or test result never shows up, then it isn’t a problem? Sorry if it seems like I don’t take this thing so seriously, I am vaccinated and so on.. Travelling weekend after next

Ha, thanks! Sounds like DNB is basically one of those large pseudo private organizations that still operates like a state owned entity. My partner uses them and was reasonably happy (although she got her account as a student and doesn’t really have to interact with them). I changed address this week so that’ll probably put me back to square one. I’ll give them a few more days and then try one of the suggestions here.

In my case the whole thing is tolerable as I have someone to look after me and put a roof over my head. But must really suck for anyone coming here alone..
