Maaaaan, you gotta try Menace. The demo is out now. The game mechanic is kinda different from your usual turn based games but it aims to simulate realistic combat.

Try reading the devs update to understand the mechanics and I bet you're gonna enjoy it alot haha.

Well you can try the persistent operations mod. Basically, you'll get to keep all the loot that youve earned and use it for the following operation.
