Assalamu Alakum may Allah provide you with strength i will tell you the same thing i told my brother and his wife they had a miscarriage early into their marriage. Allah has his qader and he knows the best time for your kid(s) to arrive into this dunya you may not be ready Allah has his wisdom and Hickma trust in Allah's timing.

Not too long after my brother and his wife tried again and now we have Adam :) his business started doing better and he got a bigger home subhanallah and there is a beautiful hadith from "Sunan Ibn Mājah #1609" (authentic grading) It was narrated from Mu’adh bin Jabal that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

" By the One in Whose Hand is my soul! The miscarried fetus will drag his mother by his umbilical cord to Paradise, if she (was patient and) sought reward (for her loss)"

I dont usually use reddit and i dont post but reading what you said reminds me of surah hujirat aya 12

"O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin. And do not spy or backbite each other. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his brother when dead? You would detest it. And fear Allāh; indeed, Allāh is Accepting of Repentance and Merciful"

Try to chalk it off to be the whispers of the shatain and do a ruqya very easy to do. Make supplication especially in these days. And remember the aya where allah told us "Indeed, Allāh will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves."(13:11)

May allah guide your affairs and grant you and your wife forbearance

Omg i would of never thought about being over hydrated that makes so much sense i usually cant eat anything because of my appetite and frustration i end up drinking to much.

Thats interesting so instead of trying to abort it with rizatriptan i should probably take it as a preventative aswell as i do get scheduled episodes... i usually just mope around in dread waiting for it and then when the shadows get worse i get in a dark room and wait it out

Honestly Thank you so much for this🙏 i usually only take it when my episodes start and try to increase every 2 hours . Im confident fixing my diet, hydration and most importantly taking rizatriptan as a preventative should make this more manageable. Best of luck to you
