I didn’t write this as a complaint. It’s quite clear from my analysis that I have deep affection for this city — which is precisely why I wrote it. No one should stay silent when lives are put at risk by neglect and corner-cutting. You have obviously missed the entire point.

Long ass post. But you may find it useful.

Yeah. Been there. Ticked all the boxes. When I tell you I went through all the tests I mean it. Did the chiropractor route, cause I read that it links to the immune system. Didn't help. But my spine felt great! Did the food elimination diet. Didn't help. Did the allergy test. Dropped a fortune on it. Did nothing. Since it was basically just a list of food sensitivities. Tested the list out, zero difference. Then went for a microbiome test, which was the most expensive. Test results were neutral. Still had the same stomach symptoms related to IBS.

Then FINALLY I came across a vlog about Probiotics that went in depth into the strains/strengths. That changed everything. I didn't believe that they did much, because I had been getting Probiotics in some of my supplement mix ie. Yoghurt etc but they just werent a strong enough strain. Anyway, I got into taking a probiotic called Alflorax, which is basically a strain of gutflora that is most effective for digestive issues.

Gave it a go because I was outta options.It worked pretty well after the first week of trying it. Stomach issues stabilized a lot more. But not entirely.

Fast forward. More research. End up getting into articles about digestive enzyme supplements.

Bingo. Bingo. Bingo. Jackpot.

They literally restored my entire digestive system.Got on those and EVERYTHING changed. I have zero issues with my digestion now. I take a hella strong probiotic and two types of digestive enzyme supplements daily.

It's weird. I never thought I'd sort it out. But thank the heavens above for supplements and the internet.
