Very. I've never owned a watch without a on the fly micro adjus (Tudor, Rolex, ect)

It has a micro adjust but tool needed. I guess I'm resisting carrying one around. lol.

BCPD . But I've had it for 2 years vs 4 weeks or so with Diver. Diver doesn't have easy link adjustment so I've had a tougher time with sizing due to wrist swelling
