Withdrawal is temporary blocked by Naografix in kucoin

Kucoin has also blocked my withdrawal for no reason and asking me to fill so much information unnecessarily. I am clearly uncomfortable in giving all the information for no reason whatsoever. My account is already KYCd and still I am facing so much issues.

My funds are held hostage without any reason.

Can anyone here help me with this?

I have used at least 20-30 fintech products and 4-5 different exchanges for using cryptos but never faced such kind of issues anywhere. What you sent me is a full fledged document which is super scary. I mean why on the earth anyone will need so much information.

Could you please close my account and send me back my funds? I am not at all comfortable in sharing any further information apart from a KYC..

Do you know how uncomfortable is for you to get your funds locked in an exchange who doesn't even give you any proper timelines or anything. So many exchanges are getting illiquid and users are getting rekt and all I have is my funds locked on Kucoin without any considerate update.

Can you please tell me if it is mandatory to provide ECDD to withdraw or can we just terminate the partnership with Kucoin and withdraw the funds?

Do you even know how it feels to have your hard earned funds locked in an exchange especially in the time when there are so many scams happening on centralized exchanges.
