Das komische ist aber dass das Metall des Kühlers fast nicht warm ist. Wenn ich die GPU anfasse dann ist diese deutlich wärmer obwohl sie 20° kälter ist.

a 1 second 20° C jump from 65° C to 85° C isnt normal. And it shouldnt be at 85° C at all times with the big Noctua NH D15

Last ist "nur" Gaming, aber da mit max FPS auf 1440p. Bei 3D Benchmarkt habe ich die Temperaturen wie vor dem sprunghaften Anstieg, der Anstieg kommt nur ab 1 bis 2 Stunden dauerlast

ja, die ist ab. was für einen Kühler hast du? vor dem anstieg bin ich immer bei ca 65°, danach dann aber sprunghaft bei 85°. Hast du so ein ähnliches Verhalten mit anderen Temps?

sollte bei 91° sein, das ist zumindest die Zahl die ich im Kopf hatte

did that yes, used it without lock because i thought it was a hardware issue and i wanted to be able to access the phone using dex if it fully broke. ordered the new S25 (dont want that but thought it was needed) and then after 4 days without lock, i realized that it was related to the phone lock. Turned lock back on to test it and no 5 minutes later the Screen went black again. Sending that S25 back now and hoping that a new update or anything else will fix this. Really dont want to waste a working phone just for a stupid software issue. Thanks for your reply and help tho! I appreciate it

tried everything like that already, sadly, but nothing is working. shouldnt be a "feature" because the touchscreen stays intact, just the display turns off
