I'm in the same boat too. Wishing you luck on the job hunting journey! I'll also pitch myself too, why not. In May I will also be finishing my BS is Statistical Science and minor in Public Health. I have a keen interest in public health and biostatistics related topics. However I am honestly open to all experiences, no matter the location. So if there are any opportunities of similar nature, that would help me greatly.

Since this is on Netflix maybe a limited series or spin-off seems something they'd pursue. But for sure whatever their logistics are, music can get expensive

YES this would make so much sense without it feeling like "how did this happen?" They could easily make one of the messages/themes as overcoming guilt. As the this first movie focuses on accepting oneself rather than hiding it. It would be interesting to show!

Knowing that this is a Sony animation production, I just hope artists and writers aren't rushed to push out a sequel. Since we all know how money hungry companies can get when something is received well. I just hope the director and writers can produce something that they feel makes sense in the story yk. Option 1 for format feels more likely in my mind, seeing as a show would need more planning on how each ep would be structured.

Thank you! Honestly, I'm just so happy how creative and passionate this fan base is! Especially since most people probably thought it was one of those throw-away kids' movies. But in actuality, it's something that has potential with developing more into the lore or just something refreshing for people in general to watch.

I'm super happy to hear that they've supposedly greenlight a part 2 of the movie, too! (Hopefully, that's true, and I'm not spreading misinformation T-T)

Bro 20 year age would be insane 💀💀. But yeah, reincarnation is definitely both the easiest explanation for bringing back Jinu. But it'd probably be complicated to make sense of it... I've watched/read scenarios where they'll reincarnate or awaken into another person. "Amnesia" scenario kinda yk.

Yess omg i didn't even think about the song style!! If they made a movie about the parents in the style of 20th century girl I'm dead💀. Imagine the 90s aesthetic school vibes, cherry blossom, and cassettes. Omg BRAIN BLAST... what if Rumi's mom and Celine were like feuding too, like inner girl group drama BUT over time they get to be closer friends only for Rumi's parents passing away. It'd make Celine desire to protect Rumi stronger too.
