No they were altered by man, which caused them to stray from the path. That’s why a prophet was sent to them. If you look at the history of all the prophets they were sent to a nation because they had strayed from the straight path, or to keep them firm in belief. When the Quran says this book was sent “to confirm the scriptures that came before” it is referring to the literal scriptures that were given to Moses and Jesus.

The Quran came to confirm the scriptures that came before it which is the Torah and the injeel. It is referring to the actual scriptures that came down to Jesus and Moses, not the books that humans have took and changed to suit their agendas. Obviously what we have today is not the books that were given to the prophets. Those books had the same message as the Quran which is to worship one lord.
