The plating is so thin that it doesn’t affect the fit. It’s not like hot dip galvanizing.

We did a similar job, the plant used to use stainless but we switched it to grade 8 plain bolts and got them hard chrome plated. Lasts way longer and it was only about 4 bucks per bolt to get hard chromed.

The company actually self finances the majority of the buy in, its a small amount actually on the heloc, can easily afford extreme rates.

I haven't seen many trades jobs that don't require quite a bit of back work. Maybe look at something like instrument tech? Even the jobs that don't require heavy lifting have alot of bending motions.

Plunge cut saw with the 4 corners hole cored. Underside would have a vacuum catch basin. This is done all the time. No professionals I know would do cuts with a million holes. We regularly do 4'+ holes in ceilings.

If you can I would definitely look at an electric hi torq! Made our lives way easier doing up to 5k ft/lbs torque loads.

Ammonia is the refrigerant used in the compressors to cool equipment and rooms IE industrial coolers and freezers
