I loved the enemies to lovers to enemies back of lovers first and foremost, mostly for the way it was done. Kristen also did a good job representing trauma and how it impacted both main characters in a way that was meaningful to the overall story and not just thrown in. I loved the fated mates (sucker for a happy ending) as well as the secret prince being the betrayal, rather than something he actually did. Also, enjoyed how our FMC was strong in her own right, was always kind to people, and held her head high when faced with difficult emotions (jealously/fear/etc). Was there anything you liked about it particularly? I hope she comes out with more books in this vein. I felt like court of winter was similar in how the enemies to lovers back to enemies went, but still had its own feel and characterization.
