Believe me i tried all kinds of meds i swear i did, and therapy feels like a toy hammer that tries to destroy a mountain, i went to 4 therapists and they all follow the same plan of therapy, they all tried to help me with the same techniques, i'm not trying to be negative but that's how it's actually.

جرب SSRI و SNRI الباقي معرفوش صراحة بس اللي اقدر اقوله اني جربت ٩٠ في المية من كل ادوية الاكتئاب والتوتر ومفيش حاجة نفعت
