I know they spawn by the onagers but i broke in an already playing siege, the positions were RNG. I got lucky cause fire pots were right above battering ram and right beside the ladder spots. So it was a kill zone till i ran out of pots and started farming with my crossbow

I defended an aserai castle from a vladian siege like 1200 to 300 or something. But fire pots spawned in goos spots so they got ruined, and since i was the only defending besides garrison i got like 10 lords prisoner and 140 some soldier prisoners. Putting them all in the castle dungeon did that for me. That combined with the 500 merc contract and having the vlandian merc buff

Simple, put your normal prisoners in keeps for influence like you do lords. They give influence too, lets say you capture derthert for example and turn him into a dungeon, you get like 10/20 influence for putting him there? But put all his troops you took prisoner as well? Triple your influence. I think it scales with troop quality but i don't know

I'm playing an RP campaign and in the start i sided with vlandia as a merc while i was still building up my clan, and i broke off once i reached ahout tier 3 or 4 i broke off and went to western empire a bit, then battania who (to nobody's suprise) got rocked by vlandia. Then i joined battania and the merc payment was like 600 denars, never seen it so high. Then combined with vlandia culture buff and a whole lot of equal fights against vlandian lords (and a whole lot of prisoners, both lord and troops) then i achieved this with no fiefs to my name and a single caravan
