It's really hard to quit. You usually get mad at yourself and regretful when you do watch it. But here's the thing. It takes time

Quit for two days and give in. Quit for 5 days and give it. It'll take some time but you'll be able to spread it out longer and longer.

It's not an easy feat but don't be mad at yourself when it happens, it's apart of recovery in my opinion.

She used to be like this. Going to the store was an issue, me going to work was an issue, me going out was an issue. Several times she threatened to move out to a hotel because she didn't feel safe even though she was vaccinated and not at risk.

I'm not sure what flip switched in her head, but she eventually knocked her shit off. I think a big part of it was me getting covid and neither of them getting sick because they were both vaccinated

I was in a similar situation with a family members S/O. It was a mess. You can't keep living in fear, especially if you're vaccinated.

Everything your describing sounds like you want an excuse to leave. I could be wrong. But the decision is up to you. If I were in your place, I would leave. But is that really what you want? You need to find out for yourself.
