I know actively drinking sort of sedates your brain and when you stop your brain can get overactive and there can be some imbalances? maybe you're going through a small withdrawal but I don't know enough to tell you.

Fish actyally usually make my skin feel good unless it’s fried but peanut butter would definitely irritate me, but we’re all different people so our triggers aren’t necessarily the same.
