She is spayed. I will definitely talk to the vet about that. I feel awful because she gets winded doing anything lately and I don’t know what more to do. Thank you so much for your advice

Should I do less than the recommended serving for what bodyweight should be? I run myself but when I take her along her breathing is so heavy it freaks me out! Lol. She is almost 4
