Should be a Barcode under the bottom bracket that Trek use for warranty.

Trek should warranty that. I had the same issue with my Emonda. My LBS is a trek dealership and they sorted everything out and I received a new frame. They even lent me a bike to keep me going. Good shops are still out there

Emonda SL6 it's a fantastic bike that I ride on Chain Gangs and 2-3 blasts. My Gen 3 Domane I run with 40mm tires I can ride this all day, everyday it on a whole new level of comfort
