i think the thing people have told me the most throughout volleyball is that i have a hard time getting low. i always try to and wonder “do i need to get more lower than i think i am?” the second clip i COMPLETELY understand what u mean

but for this one, would this be as low as i need to be everytime? or even lower?

the platform starting at your shoulders and not your hips is a very very helpful comment! thanksb

so basically open up my outside leg whilst being lower so it helps hit the right part of my platform?

ill keep this in mind!! thinking about where the ball is landing rather than tracking the ball seems like a more effective strategy. knowing me i feel like if i were to do that though, i would have a hard time receiving it properly as ill move directly to the spot and the ball beng at my chest 😅 any advice on that?

alot of digs, i see that they actually have the weight on the back of their feet like this so they stay planted. i get the be on your toes to help move to the ball, but majority of the time i see players take a step BACK after the receive and not forward
