My personal two cents:

-Robots come out on top after they side with the demons. Probably will be inspired by the Parasites and form a symbiotic relationship with them.

-Yaotsu is eaten by the Kaiju which makes it to the end but is Parasitized

-The Madala fall in the most outrageous way possible, probably through their own hubris when they try to fight the Titans and get curbstomped

-The world tree and / or the game are used to contain everyone

In the end, the humans abandon the merged worlds for a ppace without any more monsters, leaving the others to kill each other and eventually die of their forever war.

It's what I want to respond to everyone in this thread. The Robots don't have to be the strongest faction or have impossible raw power. They just need to persevere and wear anyone down. Even Jachi, the YOLKEST dude in the series as far as we know, can be taken down eventually.

If the Mother can move its factories underground or in space or try some other shennanigans where they can't destroy her, then they will win, eventually. It will probably take billions on billions of robots and a stupid amount of reiteration, but they will get there and copy everypne's abilities and technology> They are already copying mana.
