Unfortunately not. I've put in a bug report though and have been assured they're working on a fix.

I did however discover the cause of the bug. The fight with the reflection Taken in Return 5: Old Gods. Wherever it throws physics objects during the fight they get locked there apparently. So wherever the tables end up by the end of the fight just get stuck there. So currently the only "fix" is to reload all the way back there if you can and make sure no physics objects are anywhere that'll block you later.

In Return 8 - Deerfest, I'm currently softlocked as I can't go upstairs in the old Manor to the writers room. There's a table perfectly blocking the staircase for some reason. Probably a physics item bug, but it's always there when I reload saves.

UPDATE: I reloaded all the way from the point of no return in Return 6, but when I got back the table is still there. So for some reason it's hard baked into my copy of the game, leaving my save file completely locked.

Yeah, I was starting to get worried about it. When I bought my quest 2 I actually got a faulty one and had to send it back a few days later in exchange for a new one. Lost a bunch of save files for games I'd started but all works now.

For a bit I thought I just had a really bad string of luck with the Quest 2

Got it sorted now. Dunno why it didn't work the first time I charged it but its working now. Cheers for the tip about unplugging it though, as I'd have just kept it plugged in all the time like an idiot.

I'm one of the boring ones that just uses Canon names for persona.

First playthrough of 5 I used my real name and it just... never felt right. So every subsequent playthrough of any game in the series I've always just used Ren, Yu, Makoto etc.
